Thank you very much for staying with us.
In response to the declaration of a state of emergency regarding the new coronavirus that was issued on April 7, 2020, we would like to provide information and requests to our guests.

Avoiding the “Three Cs”

It is required by the government to avoid the “three Cs” which means Closed space, Crowded places and Close-contact settings.
We have reduced the number of seats in the common areas and ventilated them regularly.
And please refrain from loud conversation and banquet.

For those who are not feeling well.

If you are not feeling well, such as fever or lethargy, please bring a document issued by a medical institution to prove that you do not have an infectious disease. In accordance with Article 2, Paragraph 4 of the Accommodation Agreement, the hotel may refuse to accept a stay.

Staff must wear masks and gloves, and keep a distance

To prevent the spread of viral infections, please understand that our staff wear masks and gloves and keep a distance from our guests.

Request to wear a mask in the facility

Please wear masks in common spaces (lounge, corridors, etc.).
Handmade masks are also available at the front.

Self-made mask kit

No alcohol in the facility

Drinking alcohol is prohibited in this facility. Alcohol is not available for sale on the premises, so please refrain from bringing your own alcohol.
